These Terms apply to all sales made via our Shopify website and through our official social media accounts. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

 

Diecast Models

•Packaging condition is not guaranteed to be “mint” unless stated.
•Minor shelf wear, creasing, or soft corners may be present.
•Small paint imperfections may occur due to manufacturing processes and is out of our control as we have purchased as (third party) second hand goods supplers.
•Condition is assessed to the best of our knowledge and reflects our honest opinions.

 

Sealed/Packaged Items

•We are not responsible for manufacturer collation, print quality, or contents.
•Condition is assessed to the best of our knowledge and reflects our honest opinions.

 

Loose Diecast Models

Models are sold without original packaging unless stated and may have age related wear, small paint defects or minor imperfections consistent with display or storage. Please review all images carefully before purchasing.

 

Authenticity

We guarantee that all items are authentic unless clearly stated otherwise. 

 

Orders and Contract Formation

•A contract is formed when we confirm your order via email or written confirmation through social media.
•We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

Pricing and Payment

•All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
•Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

 

Market Value Fluctuation

The market value of collectible items can rise or fall. We are not responsible for changes in value after purchase.

 

Delivery and Risk

•Delivery times are estimates only.
•Risk passes to you, the customer upon confirmed delivery.
•High-value items will require tracked and signed delivery. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
•We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.
•It is solely the customers responsibility to make sure they have chosen the appropriate/correct postage/shipping option.
•Jcollectz Ltd are only liable for claiming the insurance option you have chosen and accepts no responsibility/liability for the additional costs occurred for incorrectly insured items chosen by the customer.

 

Pre-Orders

•Estimated release dates are subject to change by manufacturers.

•Delays outside our control do not entitle customers to compensation.

•We reserve the right to cancel pre-orders and issue refunds if supplier allocation is reduced.

•Once full payment has been made, it is considered a non-refundable deposit due to the time and resources involved in sourcing your item.

 

Returns

•Returned items must be in the same condition supplied.
•Sealed products must remain sealed to qualify for a full refund.
•We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Please ensure you are happy with your item before completing your purchase, including checking all descriptions, photos, and details carefully.
•Returns will only be accepted if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. In such cases, you must contact us within [14] days of receiving your order with clear evidence.
•We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
