Refund policy
Most of the items we are selling will be new second hand products still sealed. For example we will always state any condition/damage if there is any to be shown, within the description of each item listed on the website. If you have any queries about the condition, please get in touch before purchasing, we will be happy to chat about this.
•Returned items must be in the same condition supplied.
•Sealed products must remain sealed to qualify for a full refund.
•We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
•Please ensure you are happy with your item before completing your purchase, including checking all descriptions, photos, and details carefully.
•Returns will only be accepted if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. In such cases, you must contact us within [14] days of receiving your order with clear evidence.
•We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
•Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.
•We do not offer refunds for manufacturer issues, such as paint defects/missing logos etc. As stated above they are second hand items.
•Please make sure to choose the correct postage/insurance when returning item/s.
•To return your product we need your receipt or proof of purchase. Once you have provided this & the item/s have been returned in the same condition as they were shipped to you & inspected we will notify you if your refund has been accepted.
Sealed/Packaged Items:
Must be unopened, unused and in their original undamaged packaging. Open, handled or damaged seals/packaging cannot be accepted.
Loose Items:
Must be unused, in original condition (as sold & stated on description) and free from any damage. Played with, modified, painted or otherwise damaged cars cannot be returned.
